RETURNS & Exchanges
We are proud of our customer care service! It is our commitment to provide you with the highest standard of service with outstanding expertise and passion. We stand behind our work and strives for 100% customer satisfaction.
We will accept returns and exchanges on most pieces (except customized jewelry). Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, all sales are final.

All customized jewelry (including those with upgraded diamonds) are final sale. We will not accept returns on any customized orders.
Since our designs are crafted by hand, all returns will incur a 10% restocking fee. This fee covers the labor required to resize and clean the returned piece. Please contact us prior to sending your jewelry back, so we can be sure it arrives safely. If your piece arrived with a GIA or AGL certificate, you must return it along with the jewelry piece. A $250 fee will be assessed if the certificate is not returned.
Clients are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs, and we highly recommend that you insure your package – we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
If our jewelry is modified in any way by another jeweler, we release all responsibility for that piece.
If you purchased your jewelry at a JeweLyrie authorized dealer, you must return it to that location.
If you wish to exchange your piece, we can do so within 14 days of receipt of your original purchase. The full amount will be credited to another piece of equal or lesser value. This credit may only be used to exchange for a piece that is immediately available; not applicable to future purchases or transferable to another customer. Limited to one exchange per piece.
