ORDER INFORMATION
Customers may purchase online at jewelyrie.com 24 hours a day seven days a week. You can also contact us anytime using the contact form if you have questions or need help.

PAYMENT METHODS
Jewelyrie.com accepts the following US-issued credit, charge, and debit cards: American Express®, MasterCard®, Visa®, and Discover®. (Please note that international-issued cards are not accepted.) We do not accept checks, money orders, wire transfers, store credit, or gift certificates for Jewelyrie.com orders.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation requests must be emailed to info@jewelyrie.com and must be received within 24 hours from the date the order was placed. Any cancellations received after this time cannot be honored because pieces go into production immediately in order to ensure the item reaches you on time.

SALES TAX
Jewelyrie.com charges 7% New Jersey State sales tax for orders ship to New Jersey.

PACKAGING
All Jewelyrie.com orders will arrive in a signature Jewelyrie box with a satin ribbon. Detailed product instructions will accompany each product.

GIFT MESSAGE
A gift message may be created during the check out process. Please make sure to click “save” to ensure that the message will be included upon order submission. The gift message will be printed on a gift card and enclosed in an envelope. If no message is created, a complimentary blank gift card with envelope will be provided.

FINE JEWELRY ORDERS
All fine jewelry orders are made to order in the US. All orders do not go into production without full advance payment. Fine jewelry orders take approximately 4-6 weeks to produce and ship. If you have a specific deadline you need to meet, please contact us so we can do our best to make it happen!

FINE JEWELRY RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
ALL FINE JEWELRY ORDERS PLACED THROUGH JEWELYRIE.COM ARE MADE TO ORDER, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are proud of our customer care service! It is our commitment to provide you with the highest standard of service with outstanding expertise and passion. We stand behind our work and strives for 100% customer satisfaction. We will gladly take care of any defects in craftsmanship, (if the item exhibits no sign of having been subjected to unusual stressors) within one year of purchase. If our jewelry is modified in any way by another jeweler, we release all responsibility for that piece. Certain fine jewelry links, chains may be exchanged in Jewelyrie’s discretion within 30 days of purchase, with reasonable charge of replacing them. We also offering resizing service to ring, bracelet, necklace, if the design of the piece allows, as well as making adjustment of earrings, this include adjust the length of the earring dangles, add or remove post, if the design of the piece allows. Customer is responsible for all applicable service charge, shipping costs for returns and exchanges. REPAIRS
We will gladly take care of any defects in craftsmanship, (if the item exhibits no sign of having been subjected to unusual stressors) within one year of purchase. If our jewelry is modified in any way by another jeweler, we release all responsibility for that piece. Accidents can happen. We will gladly assist you with any service your jewel requires. Should you wish to make any alternation on your Jewelyrie jewelry, or require a repair, please email us at info@jewelyrie.com. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of the repair as well as the shipment.

DELIVERY

We offer free two day domestic shipping for oders over $100
All order placed on jewelyrie.com are shipped via UPS and insured through ParcelPro.
We does not ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses. JeweLyrie does not ship to hotels.
We will email you when your order is ready to ship.
Please note that a signature confirmation is required for all ewelyrie.com order.
