Customers may also make a purchase by calling Customer Service at 1(718)786-8838, Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. From Memorial Day through Labor Day, Jewelyrie.com Customer Service will operate on Summer Hours, Monday through Thursday from 9:00am until 5:00pm EST, and Fridays from 9:00am until 12:30pm EST.
Jewelyrie.com accepts the following US-issued credit, charge, and debit cards: American Express®, MasterCard®, Visa®, and Discover®. (Please note that international-issued cards are not accepted.) We do not accept checks, money orders, wire transfers, store credit, or gift certificates for Jewelyrie.com orders.
Cancellation requests must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org and must be received within 24 hours from the date the order was placed. Any cancellations received after this time cannot be honored because pieces go into production immediately in order to ensure the item reaches you on time.
Jewelyrie.com charges 7% New Jersey State sales tax for orders ship to New Jersey.
All Jewelyrie.com orders will arrive in a signature Jewelyrie box with a satin ribbon. Detailed product instructions will accompany each product.
A gift message may be created during the check out process. Please make sure to click “save” to ensure that the message will be included upon order submission. The gift message will be printed on a gift card and enclosed in an envelope. If no message is created, a complimentary blank gift card with envelope will be provided.
FINE JEWELRY ORDERS
All fine jewelry orders are made to order in the US. All orders do not go into production without full advance payment by the customer. Fine jewelry orders take approximately 6-8 weeks to produce and ship. Should you need your order before that time frame, it may be possible to rush your order for an additional fee. You can note your rush request in the comments section of the order. If this is possible, we will provide you with the additional cost and your credit card will be charged accordingly.
FINE JEWELRY RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We will gladly take care of any defects in craftsmanship, (if the item exhibits no sign of having been subjected to unusual stressors) within one year of purchase. If our jewelry is modified in any way by another jeweler, we release all responsibility for that piece. Certain fine jewelry links, chains may be exchanged in Jewelyrie’s discretion within 30 days of purchase, with reasonable charge of replacing them. We also offering resizing service to ring, bracelet, necklace, if the design of the piece allows, as well as making adjustment of earrings, this include adjust the length of the earring dangles, add or remove post, adjust earrings clips tension, if the design of the piece allows. We does not ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses. JEWELYRIE does not ship to hotels.
